Volcanoes and mountains are both part of Earth's geosphere. Each of these features affects Earth's climate. Climate is something that happens in the atmosphere, is part of the hydrosphere, and affects the biosphere. The following pages will describe how volcanoes and mountains affect Earth's climate.
