Pollution Solutions

The following videos address two common non-point source pollution concerns. In the first video, students in Louisville, Kentucky try to mitigate non-point source pollution in their city by constructing rain gardens to help trap and absorb pollution before it can enter nearby waterways. The second video deals with non-point source pollution from agriculture. In this video, a farmer discusses methods for curbing pollution associated with animal waste, fertilizers, and soil erosion.
